Houston rockets bought Jeremy Lin

On Tuesday after the publication of many reports Knicks had decided they will not anymore hold back Jeremy Lin in their team. They said that they will not match the $25.1million and 3 year offer by the Houston Rocket and will let Lin go free.

Listening to the news Lin had tweeted, “It has been the best year of my carrier and the love and support if got from NY was really great.” Jeremy them again tweeted later that showed his excitement in becoming a Houston rocket player.

As per a reliable source it was in news that Lin will be taking the Knicks’ decision in a positive manner. Lin will get motivate despite of all his diplomatic tweets about the decision of Knicks.
As per a report, it was Lin who did not think of coming back to NY. This decision of his was taken much before the Knicks had decided to release Lin.

On the contrary Knicks had publicly declared that they are thinking of getting back Lin in the next season.
As per a report, the offer that was originally offered to Lin was of worth $28.8 million for 4 years. The offer comprised of $9.3 million in the 3rd and 4th year each. But, at the end Lin signed with Houston at $25.1 million for 3 years of contract.

On the other hands Knicks had decided to bring back Felton back to NY who probably would not have come if Lin was there.
With the signing of the offer by Houston Rockets, Lin has probably ended his one of the best run ever with the Knicks. In the 35 games he had an average of 14.6 with 3.1 and 6.2 rebounds and assists respectively.

It was in news that Lin had declared him 85% fit before game 5 of Heat-Knick series. Whereas there were players who were playing even after being much less than 85 % fit and might have cause a feud in the locker room.
